Welcome to THE LEGEN-Z T10 league. By accessing or using our website and participating in the league, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before registering or taking part in any LEGEN-Z activities.

1. General

1.1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or participating in THE LEGEN-Z T10 league, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions along with any additional guidelines or rules provided from time to time. Your participation will be deemed unconditional acceptance of these terms.

THE LEGEN-Z T10 reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to check the page periodically for any changes. Continued participation will be considered as acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Registration and Payment

2.1. Registration Process

Participants must complete the online registration form by providing accurate and up-to-date personal details. Any false information may lead to cancellation of your registration and disqualification from the league.

2.2. Processing Fee

A nominal processing fee of ₹999 is required to complete your registration. Payment must be made through the designated payment gateway. This fee is non-refundable except as provided under our Refund Policy.

2.3. Confirmation and Welcome Kit

Upon successful registration and payment, you will receive a confirmation notification along with a welcome kit that includes a Tennis Ball Bat . These items form part of your registration package.

3. Participation & Evaluation Process

3.1. Video Submission and AI Analysis

After registration, participants must log into their accounts and submit a video demonstrating their skills (batting or bowling as applicable). Our AI-powered analysis system will assess your performance based on pre-determined criteria.

3.2. Shortlisting and Ticketing

Based on the video analysis, a select number of participants will be awarded a Silver Ticket and notified regarding the subsequent physical trials. Further evaluations during the physical trials may result in the awarding of a Golden Ticket leading to the team auction phase.

3.3. Auction and Player Selection

Participants progressing from the trials will have their profiles included in the auction. The base prices (₹1 lac, ₹2 lac, or ₹3 lac) will be set by the league authorities. Auction bidding may increase the final selling price up to three times the base amount. Once purchased, players secure their spot in THE LEGEN-Z T10.

4. League Participation

4.1. Eligibility to Play

Only the players selected via the auction process who have met all stages of evaluation are eligible to participate in the league. These players will be announced publicly and must adhere to any additional guidelines set forth by the organizers.

4.2. Code of Conduct

Participants, team members, and all associated personnel are expected to maintain high standards of sportsmanship and conduct. Any form of unsportsmanlike behavior, abuse, or misconduct may lead to immediate disqualification and further actions at the sole discretion of THE LEGEN-Z T10 organizers.

4.3. Media and Broadcast Rights

By participating in THE LEGEN-Z T10, all players grant the organizers the right to record, broadcast, and distribute images, names, and other identifying details for promotional and marketing purposes, including national TV and digital platforms, under the tagline “Gali Se TV Tak.”

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1. Content Ownership

All content provided on the official website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of THE LEGEN-Z T10 or its affiliates and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

5.2. User-Generated Content

By submitting any material (e.g., videos, testimonials) to our website or for league evaluation, you grant THE LEGEN-Z T10 a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, publish, and distribute your content for any purpose related to the league.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. Disclaimer

THE LEGEN-Z T10 will make every effort to ensure the event runs smoothly; however, the league organizers do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website or that any errors will be corrected. Participation is at your own risk.

6.2. Force Majeure

Neither THE LEGEN-Z T10 nor its affiliates shall be held liable for any failure or delay in performing their obligations due to circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to natural disasters, technical failures, or other unforeseen events.

7. Refund Policy

Non-Refundable Fees

The processing fee is non-refundable except where explicitly stated in writing by the league authorities. In cases where the league is canceled or rescheduled, a refund policy or alternative arrangements will be communicated to all registered participants.

8. Dispute Resolution

8.1. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in that jurisdiction.

9. Miscellaneous

9.1. Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remainder and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of the agreement.
